Q2: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods (where available). Payment details will be shown at checkout.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Q6: Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, standard shipping charges apply and will be shown at checkout. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions.

Q7: Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q8: What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are not eligible.
