1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation message) is required.

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.


2. Exchange Policy

  • If you ordered the wrong size or color, we will gladly exchange it.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit (processing may take 5–10 business days).


4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
